How agreements work.

Three steps. One number. No surprises.

Scope it.

It starts with a conversation. Then we spend time with your office and the people in the field, in person when we have someone nearby, and write it down: what gets built, what it connects to, and a firm price. You know the number before anything starts.

Build it.

Fixed fee, milestones you sign off on. You are using working software within weeks, not reviewing slides at the end.

Run it.

Every build comes with a monthly retainer. We host it, watch it, and keep improving it as your business grows, so the software keeps up with you.

The retainer
The build is the beginning. The retainer is the part that keeps paying off.

Off-the-shelf software has a big company behind it, and thousands of other customers ahead of you. A change you need goes into a queue, through layers of approvals, and ships when it ships, if it ever does. Working with us, it is just you. You call the shots, we deliver. Your business will change, a vendor will change an API, someone new will need a login on a Monday morning, and the team that built the software is the one that handles it.

Kept running
Hosting, backups, monitoring, and security updates. If something breaks at 6 am, we know before you do.
Kept current
Fixes and small changes as your process shifts: a new builder, a new trade, a form that needs one more field.
Kept connected
QuickBooks, your CRM, the phone line, the vendor APIs. When one of them changes on their end, the integration is repaired before your office notices.
Kept growing
A standing call each month on what the office is still doing by hand. Bigger additions get scoped and priced the same way the build was.
Your data is yours. Customer records, price books, payout rates, and business processes belong to you and come out in an export whenever you ask. The software is licensed to you and maintained by us, which is the whole point of the retainer.
